Les portes de la boutique franchies, l’atmosphère du lieu nous plonge au coeur de la ruche. Les murs dorés, la taille humaine de la boutique et les pots alignés les uns à côtés des autres comme des alvéoles, donnent l’impression de pénétrer dans le repère secret des abeilles. Ici, on ne rigole pas avec le miel : du miel de citronnier d’origine espagnole, au miel d’avocatier de la région de Michocan au Mexique, en passant par le miel de litchi d’origine thaïlandaise, tout est pensé pour ravir différentes sortes de papilles. Pour les puristes, miels de sapin, de châtaignier ou de chêne sont prêts à vous régaler.
